Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time during sale periods.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($8.90)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($14.90)
- Free shipping on orders over $150
International Shipping:
Available to most countries with delivery times varying by destination (typically 7-14 business days). Customs duties may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or altered items
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service to initiate return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship using trackable method (return shipping at customer’s expense)
Refunds:
- Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund method depends on original payment
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within Australia for the same style (subject to availability). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: All return packages should be sent with tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
